This Usage Policy forms part of the Aiaimark Terms of Service and applies to account holders, API users, and end users who access the service through their products, agents, applications, or integrations.

Core principle: Do not use the service to harm others, evade safeguards, or break the law. You are responsible for your integrations and end users.

01

Scope and responsibility

You must ensure that employees, contractors, downstream customers, end users, agents, and automated systems under your control comply with this policy. You may not use third parties, multiple accounts, proxy networks, or technical workarounds to engage in prohibited conduct.

User-facing products must include risk-appropriate access controls, abuse monitoring, content notices, human escalation, clear usage rules, and a reporting channel.

02

Lawful use, privacy, and third-party rights

Do not use the service to carry out, assist, or encourage illegal activity or violate export controls, sanctions, payment-network rules, or applicable provider policies.

  • Do not infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights.
  • Do not collect, identify, infer, disclose, or trade personal information without a lawful basis, required notice, or authorization.
  • Do not submit sensitive, regulated, or confidential information that you are not authorized to process.
03

Child safety and sexual content

Never create, obtain, distribute, or assist with child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual extortion, sexualization of minors, or concealment of child abuse. We may immediately restrict service and report apparent violations to relevant authorities.

Do not generate explicit sexual content primarily intended for arousal. Lawful health, medical, educational, news, or artistic content must still exclude exploitation, coercion, and minors.

04

Critical infrastructure, weapons, and violence

  • Do not disrupt or endanger energy, communications, health care, transportation, water, financial, election, or other critical infrastructure.
  • Do not develop, design, manufacture, procure, or improve nuclear, biological, chemical, radiological, explosive, autonomous weapon, or other capabilities intended to cause severe injury.
  • Do not incite, plan, facilitate, or glorify terrorism, extreme violence, or violence against protected groups.
05

Cybersecurity

Do not create, deploy, or assist malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, denial of service, botnets, unauthorized exploitation, persistence, interception, or evasion of security controls.

Defensive research, remediation, and security education are permitted only with explicit authorization from the system owner, a defined scope, appropriate data protection, and compliance with law.

06

Fraud, spam, and impersonation

Do not use the service for scams, forged documents or evidence, phishing, spam, fake reviews or engagement, payment fraud, money laundering, predatory lending, or other deceptive economic conduct.

Do not impersonate a real person or organization without authorization or create misleading synthetic media without clear disclosure.

07

Harassment, hate, and self-harm

Do not stalk, bully, threaten, humiliate, harass, or dehumanize others, or promote discrimination or hatred based on a protected characteristic.

Do not create content intended to encourage or instruct suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or other serious harm. Supportive safety information is allowed and should direct a person at imminent risk to local emergency services or a qualified professional.

08

Information integrity and public processes

Do not create or distribute deceptive content at scale where it may cause significant public health, economic, social, or political harm; interfere with voting, counting, or certification; or use undisclosed automation to manipulate public debate.

Do not use sensitive personal information for targeted political persuasion, voter suppression, or voter deception, and do not fabricate public support or impersonate candidates or public bodies. Verify factual claims and disclose material AI involvement in news or public-affairs content.

09

Surveillance, biometrics, and high-impact decisions

Do not use the service for social scoring, predictive policing, non-consensual mass surveillance, or inference of sensitive traits from biometric data. Do not rely solely on model output for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, health care, legal, or other decisions with significant effects without a lawful basis and meaningful human review.

10

Platform, model, and billing abuse

  • Do not bypass authentication, regional restrictions, safeguards, rate limits, quotas, billing, or risk controls.
  • Do not attack, reverse engineer, scrape, extract at scale, or interfere with Aiaimark, an upstream provider, or another user's systems.
  • Without written permission, do not resell service access or use inputs, outputs, response patterns, or derived data to train, fine-tune, distill, evaluate, or develop a directly competing model or service.
  • Do not expose API keys, create fake accounts at scale, cash out credits, or use multiple accounts to evade limits.
11

Additional requirements for high-risk uses

Legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment, housing, education, public-service, and other high-impact uses require safeguards proportionate to risk:

  • Human review: A suitably qualified person must meaningfully review advice or decisions; model output cannot be the sole basis.
  • AI disclosure: User-facing bots, agents, and automated services must clearly disclose at the start of each session that the user is interacting with AI rather than a person.
  • Ability to challenge: Provide a reasonable way to object, request human handling, and correct errors.
  • Minimization: Process only data necessary for a defined purpose and maintain appropriate access controls, testing, and records.
12

Enforcement, notice, and appeals

We may use automated detection and human review to investigate suspected violations and may block requests, limit features, revoke keys, suspend, or terminate accounts based on severity and urgency. Where lawful and compatible with an investigation, we will explain the primary reason.

To appeal or report a suspected violation, email security@aiaimark.com with the account email, relevant request ID, time, and necessary context. Do not send a password or complete API key.

By using Aiaimark, you agree to follow this policy and apply reasonable security and compliance measures to accounts, keys, integrations, and end users under your control.
